05: Important Attributes
You'll learn more about CSS in the next module, but in this lesson I'm going to give you a very short introduction to the four main attributes that CSS uses to connect to your HTML. Using these four you can specify how your HTML looks using CSS.
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a system that processes a set of rules that describe how to alter the display of an HTML tag (element). You can use CSS to change the size, layout, color, fonts, and general appearance of a tag. You can also use CSS to add interactions to HTML such as adding a small shadow when the mouse hovers over a button.
For CSS to work it needs a way to know what tags a rule applies to. If I have this rule:
